I would like to offer my services to better assist you to optimum Health and Wellness.   Licensed and insured in the state of Massachusetts, I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Master.  My services range from relaxing Kriya Hot Stone Massage, to Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal and Reflexology.  

As a Reiki Master, I often incorporate Reiki with my massage to help connect the energy flow of the body and bring about a more relaxed, balanced feeling.   Reiki healing takes place on many different levels:  Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, Spiritually.

Many of the benefits of Hot Stone Massage are a result of the stimulation of the circulatory and lymph system.  Hot Stone Massage can:

• Stimulate the circulation of the blood through the muscles two times faster than normal

• Decrease the workload of the heart

• Lower blood pressure

• Increase red blood cell production

• Increase supply of oxygen and nutrients to the skin

• Help reduce edema

• Enhance the immune system

• Increase release of toxins

• Relieve stress, fatigue and tension

• Help to exfoliate dry skin cells

• Infuse the therapeutic oil into the skin

• Deeply relax, and reduce muscle spasms

I also offer a Citrus Exfoliation Body Polish, either alone or combined with massage.  A gentle apricot seed exfoliate removes dead skin and stimulates circulation, while the nourishing botanicals of safflower seed, lavender, geranium, chamomile and soapwort relieve stress and calm your body.  Feel yourself slip into a deeper state of relaxation when moist, heated towels are applied to remove the leftover residue.  A deep moisturizing body butter is then applied, replenishing vital oils and nutrients needed to repair any sun damage to your skin.  Your skin will look younger, healthier and have a radiant glow, revealing the "New You"!
